Q. 車椅子での入場やバリアフリー対応はありますか？
会場は歴史的建造物（畳敷き）のため、車椅子のままの入館はできません。入館時には靴を脱いでいただく必要があり、階段の昇降も含まれます。事前にご不明点がございましたら、お問い合わせください。
Q. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
As this is a historic building with tatami-mat floors, wheelchairs are not permitted inside. Visitors are required to remove their shoes upon entry, and access involves navigating stairs. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions.
Q. 会場へのアクセスを教えてください。
最寄り駅は伊賀鉄道「上野市駅」です。京都から約1時間半、大阪から約2時間、名古屋方面からもアクセス可能です。関西国際空港（KIX）または中部国際空港（セントレア）からお越しの場合は、鉄道またはバスをご利用ください。
Q. How do I get to the venue?
The nearest station is Uenoshi Station on the Iga Railway. The venue is accessible from Kyoto (approx. 1.5 hours), Osaka (approx. 2 hours), and Nagoya. If arriving from Kansai International Airport (KIX) or Chubu Centrair Airport, you can reach Iga by train or bus.
Q. 服装に決まりはありますか？
会場は畳敷きのため、靴を脱いでいただきます。脱ぎ履きしやすい靴をおすすめします。靴下の着用をお願いいたします。また、残暑が厳しい時期ですので、扇子やうちわ、携帯扇風機などの暑さ対策をおすすめします。
Q. Is there a dress code?
The venue has tatami-mat floors, so shoes must be removed at the entrance. We recommend easy-to-remove footwear and ask that you wear socks. As the weather can still be quite hot in late September, we suggest bringing a fan or portable cooling device.
Q. 会場周辺の施設について教えてください。
コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩約1分（ATM・コピー機あり）。銀行も数分圏内にあります。レストランも近隣にあります。タクシーのご利用は事前予約が必要です。
Q. What facilities are available near the venue?
A convenience store is about a 1-minute walk away (with ATM and copy machine). Banks are within a few minutes' walk. Restaurants are also nearby. Taxis require advance reservation.
Q. 会場内での飲食は可能ですか？
建物内は書物を扱うため、飲食は禁止です。完全に蓋ができるペットボトルのみ持ち込み可能です。飲食の提供については検討中です。最新情報はInstagramにてお知らせいたします。
Q. Is food and drink allowed inside the venue?
Food and drink are not permitted inside the building to protect the books and printed materials. Only sealed bottles with caps are allowed. On-site food service is under consideration — follow our Instagram for updates.

Q. 荷物を事前に配送できますか？
はい、事前配送が可能です。配送先の住所・連絡先・受付可能日については、出展確定後にご案内いたします。配送にはクロネコヤマトのご利用をおすすめしています。空港からの配送にも対応しています。
Q. Can I ship my materials in advance?
Yes, advance shipping is available. Shipping address, contact details, and accepted delivery dates will be provided after your participation is confirmed. We recommend using Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Airport-to-venue shipping is also supported.
Q. 海外から参加する出展者へのサポートはありますか？
空港からの荷物配送案内のほか、両替のサポートなど可能な範囲で対応いたします。ご不明な点はお気軽にお問い合わせください。
Q. Is there support for exhibitors coming from abroad?
We can assist with shipping guidance from airports and currency exchange support where possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Q. 近くに宿泊施設はありますか？
はい、近隣にいくつかの宿泊施設があります。ルートイン伊賀上野、ゲストハウス AINZ Iga、NIPPONIA、泊船 Hakusen（Sakakura Base）などがあります。
Q. Are there accommodations nearby?
Yes, there are several options nearby, including Route Inn Iga Ueno, guest house AINZ Iga, NIPPONIA, and Hakusen (Sakakura Base).
