出展料には何が含まれますか？

出展料は、お申し込みいただいたブース／スペースの種類によって異なります。すべてのブースに、テーブル（またはローテーブル）・会場の基本設備（照明・電源）・公式広報物への掲載が含まれます。交通費・配送費は含まれません。

What does the participation fee include?

The fee depends on the booth or space you applied for. Every booth includes a table (or low table), basic venue facilities (lighting, power), and inclusion in official promotional materials. Travel and shipping costs are not included.

出展料の支払い方法は？海外からはどう払えますか？

国内の方は指定の銀行口座へお振込み、海外の方は Wise をご利用いただけます。振込先は出展確定後にご案内します。お支払い期限は8月1日です。

How do I pay the fee — including from abroad?

Exhibitors in Japan pay by bank transfer to a designated account; those overseas can pay via Wise. Payment details are provided after your participation is confirmed. The payment deadline is August 1.

領収書は発行してもらえますか？

はい。ご希望の名義で発行いたしますので、お申し付けください。

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. We can issue a receipt in the name you request — just let us know.

ブースには何人まで立てますか？

ブースに立つのは2名までとさせていただきます（テーブル席・個室とも）。会場内での交代や、観光・休憩のための出入りは自由です。

How many people can staff a booth?

Up to two people may staff a booth at a time (for both table spaces and private rooms). You are free to swap in and out, or step away to rest or explore.

椅子はありますか？会場の形式を教えてください。

会場は座卓（ローテーブル）スタイルで、床に座って販売していただく形式です。椅子のご用意はありません。

Are there chairs? What is the setup?

The venue uses a zataku (low-table) style, so you will be seated on the floor while selling. Chairs are not provided.

什器（テーブルなど）の貸し出しや追加はできますか？サイズは？

各ブースにローテーブルを1台お貸しします。サイズは幅180cm×奥行50〜60cm×高さ40〜50cm（天板は白または黒）です。個室の方には、このほかに箱型の什器（60×60・高さ60／45×45・高さ90／90×90・高さ36／90×60・高さ30）をお貸しできます。色とサイズに限りがあり、白のご用意がないサイズもあります。数にも限りがあるため、ご希望は早めにお知らせください。

Are fixtures provided? Can I add more? What size are the tables?

Each booth includes one low table of W180cm × D50–60cm × H40–50cm (white or black tabletop). For private rooms we can also lend box-shaped fixtures (60×60 / H60, 45×45 / H90, 90×90 / H36, 90×60 / H30). Colours and sizes are limited, and some sizes are not available in white. Quantities are limited, so please let us know your preferences early.

会場や個室の見取り図はありますか？

会場全体の平面図（PDF）を出展案内ページに掲載しています。個室ごとの見取り図はご用意がありませんので、お部屋の寸法や様子は個別にご案内します。お気軽にお問い合わせください。

Is there a floor plan of the venue or the private rooms?

A floor plan of the whole venue (PDF) is available on the exhibitor guide page. We do not have individual plans for each private room — dimensions and photos are shared individually, so feel free to ask.

展示スペース（個室の位置など）はいつ決まりますか？下見はできますか？

お部屋・スペースの割り当ては、出展料のお支払い期限（8月1日）以降にご案内します。会場の下見をご希望の場合はご相談ください。

When are spaces assigned? Can I visit the venue beforehand?

Room and space assignments are shared after the payment deadline (August 1). If you would like to visit the venue in advance, please get in touch.

荷物を事前に配送できますか？

はい、事前配送が可能です。配送先の住所・連絡先・受付可能日については、出展確定後にご案内いたします。配送にはクロネコヤマトのご利用をおすすめしています。空港からの配送にも対応しています。

Can I ship my materials in advance?

Yes, advance shipping is available. Shipping address, contact details, and accepted delivery dates will be provided after your participation is confirmed. We recommend using Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Airport-to-venue shipping is also supported.

海外から参加する出展者へのサポートはありますか？

空港からの荷物配送案内のほか、両替のサポートなど可能な範囲で対応いたします。ご不明な点はお気軽にお問い合わせください。

Is there support for exhibitors coming from abroad?

We can assist with shipping guidance from airports and currency exchange support where possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

会期中の駐車場はありますか？

お車でお越しの方のため、会期中は臨時駐車場を2箇所ご用意しています。①崇広中学校（正門から案内表示があります）②ろうきん臨時駐車場（案内表示があります）。いずれも係員は常駐していませんので、表示に従って駐車してください。台数に限りがあるため、公共交通機関のご利用もご検討ください。 ホテルなどに駐車場がある方はそちらをご利用いただき、来場者のために駐車場を開けておいていただけると助かります。

Is there parking during the fair?

Two temporary parking areas are available during the fair: (1) Suko Junior High School (signposted from the main gate) and (2) the Rokin bank temporary parking lot (signposted). Neither is staffed — please follow the signs. Spaces are limited, so we also recommend public transport where possible. If your hotel has parking, please use it and leave the spaces free for visitors.

近くに宿泊施設はありますか？

はい、近隣にいくつかの宿泊施設があります。ルートイン伊賀上野、ゲストハウス AINZ Iga、NIPPONIA、泊船 Hakusen（Sakakura Base）などがあります。

Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes, there are several options nearby, including Route Inn Iga Ueno, guest house AINZ Iga, NIPPONIA, and Hakusen (Sakakura Base).

会場に空調はありますか？雨の日の湿気が心配です。

こちらの施設は火を使わずに書物を守ることを前提とされていたので、昔は照明がありませんでした。採光が取れるように設計されたため、窓を開けて空調を調整しており、エアコンなどはございません。雨の日はどうしても湿気はあると思いますので、紙の状態などは考慮していただけたらと思います。表紙が丸まってくることがありますので、重しなどをお持ちいただくとよいかもしれません。

Is the venue air-conditioned? I am worried about humidity on rainy days.

This building was designed to protect books without the use of fire, so historically it had no lighting. It was built to take in natural light, and the climate is managed by opening the windows — there is no air conditioning. On rainy days there will inevitably be some humidity, so please take the condition of your paper into account. Covers can curl, so you may want to bring weights.

畳の状態はどうですか？

畳は古いものもあります。普段から展示をしていますので、どうしてもクズや擦り切れもございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

What condition are the tatami mats in?

Some of the tatami are old. The rooms are used for exhibitions year-round, so there is inevitably some fraying and loose straw. We ask for your understanding.

壁に作品を貼ったり、立てかけたりできますか？

会場は歴史的建造物のため、壁は土壁であり、壁面への展示（掲示・貼り付け・固定等）はできません。立てかけることもご遠慮いただいています。什器や、自立する什器・構造物をご利用ください。また、襖の銀箔は触れると剥がれるため、ご注意ください。

Can I attach or lean work against the walls?

The venue is a historic building with earthen (tsuchikabe) walls, so nothing may be posted, taped, or fixed to them. Please also refrain from leaning work against the walls. Use the fixtures provided, or free-standing structures of your own. Please also take care with the fusuma sliding doors: their silver leaf flakes off when touched.

持ち込みの什器や什器の脚について、気をつけることはありますか？

畳を傷めないよう、脚の接地部に当て板やフェルトなどをお願いできればと思います。建物に固定しないこと、会期後に原状復帰できることが条件です。自立する持ち込み什器も、この条件のもとでご利用いただけます。

Anything to keep in mind about fixtures I bring myself, or their legs?

Please put a pad or felt under the feet of anything you bring, so the tatami is not damaged. Nothing may be fixed to the building, and everything must be returned to its original state after the fair. Free-standing structures of your own are welcome under these conditions.

交流会（前夜祭）はいつですか？参加できますか？

2026年9月25日（金）夕方から、出展者・主催者の交流会（前夜祭）を予定しています。出展者はどなたもご参加いただけます（RSVP制・詳細は追ってご案内）。会場の都合上、大人数でのご参加は難しい場合がありますので、人数はご相談ください。

When is the welcome gathering? Can I join?

A welcome gathering for exhibitors and organizers is planned for the evening of Friday, September 25, 2026. All exhibitors are welcome (RSVP required; details to follow). As space is limited, please check with us about numbers.
