ブース／スペースの選択Booth / Space Selection
本イベントでは、会場である崇広堂の景観や建物の高さを活かし、日本の座卓スタイル（ローテーブル）でブースを構成します。出展者の方には床に座って販売していただく形式となります。
To complement the traditional architecture and scale of the venue, Sukodo, all booths use low tables in the Japanese zataku style. Exhibitors are seated on the floor while selling.
座卓のテーブル席と、個室（4畳〜9畳のスペース）をご用意しています。スペースの割り当てと什器の貸し出しは、ご出展確定後に、応募時のご希望をもとにご案内します。
There are table spaces at low tables, and private rooms (from 4 to 9 tatami). Space assignments and fixture loans are arranged after your participation is confirmed, based on your application.

※ テーブルのサイズは 幅180cm × 奥行50〜60cm × 高さ40〜50cm（天板は白または黒）。
Table size: W180cm × D50–60cm × H40–50cm (white or black tabletop).
※ 黒はメラミン、白はラッカー仕上げ。脚のデザインは写真と異なるバリエーションがあります。
Note: Black is melamine-finish, white is lacquer-finish. Leg designs may vary from those shown.

すべてのブースに会場基本設備（照明・電源）および公式広報物への掲載が含まれます。
All booths include basic venue facilities (lighting, power) and inclusion in official promotional materials.
搬入
お部屋で展示される方は、9月25日（金）13:00〜17:00に搬入をお願いします。17:15に施錠されますので、17:00までにご退出ください。テーブルのブースの方は、9月26日（土）9:00からの搬入をお願いします（開場は11:00）。ブースの展示場所は25日以降に会場で発表します。
Load-in for the private rooms is Friday 25 September, 13:00–17:00; the building is locked at 17:15, so please be out by 17:00. Table booths load in on Saturday 26 September from 9:00, with doors opening at 11:00. Booth locations are posted at the venue from the 25th onward.
会場を出る時間と搬出
9月25日（金）は17:00、26日（土）は19:30にご退出をお願いします。搬出は9月27日（日）19:00〜20:00です。最終日は19:00に閉場し、そのあと1時間で搬出となります。お帰りの交通手段はこの時間を見てご手配ください。
Please leave the venue by 17:00 on Friday 25 September and by 19:30 on Saturday 26 September. Load-out is Sunday 27 September, 19:00–20:00: the fair closes at 19:00 and we have one hour to clear the venue. Please plan your journey home around this.
お荷物
テーブルが低いため、テーブルの下にスーツケースをしまうことはできません。会場内に仮置きのスペースをご用意しますが、施錠はできず、管理は自己責任でお願いします。貴重品は首から下げられるバッグなどでお手元に置いてください。近隣にお泊まりの方・お車の方は、搬入後にご宿泊先へお持ち帰りいただけると助かります。詳しい場所は出展者のみなさまへ個別にご案内します。
The tables are low, so suitcases will not fit underneath. We provide a space inside the venue where you may leave luggage, but it cannot be locked and you leave things there at your own risk. Keep valuables on you — a bag worn across the body works well. If you are staying nearby or came by car, it helps if you take large bags back to your accommodation after load-in. We will tell exhibitors the exact location directly.
電源
延長コードを引くと展示会場の見た目を損なうため、原則としてご用意していません。携帯電話の充電などに使えるコンセントはありますが、機器の管理は自己責任でお願いします。照明など、どうしても電源が必要な方は事前にご連絡ください。お席を調整します。キャッシュレス決済は、充電式・ワイヤレスの端末でのご対応をお願いします。
We do not run extension cords as a rule — they spoil the look of the rooms. There are sockets you can use to charge a phone, but any equipment you plug in is your own responsibility. If you genuinely need power, for lighting or anything else, contact us in advance and we will place you near a socket. For card payments, please bring a battery-powered wireless reader.
お会計・両替
現金だけをお持ちの来場者もいらっしゃいますので、釣り銭のご用意をお願いします。日本円が必要な方は、米ドル・ユーロであれば当日のレートで換金できます。
Some visitors will only have cash, so please bring change. If you need Japanese yen, we can exchange US dollars or euros at the day's rate.
ゴミ
搬入・搬出で出た大型のゴミは、できるだけお持ち帰りください。
Please take away any large packaging waste from load-in and load-out yourself where you can.
お車でお越しの方へ
崇広堂の敷地には左手から8台ほど入れますが、車での搬入はできるだけお控えください。道が狭く、運転に自信のない方にはお勧めできません。来場者のために駐車場を空けておりますので、ご宿泊先に停める・乗り合わせる・送り迎えをお願いするなどのご協力をお願いします。お車を置かれる場合は市街地の駐車場（上野市駅前、ハイトピア伊賀の地下駐車場、市営白鳳門駐車場、伊賀市中央図書館の駐車場など）をご利用ください。
About eight vehicles fit on the Sukodo grounds, entering from the left, but please avoid driving in for load-in if you can: the approach is narrow and not for hesitant drivers. We are keeping the parking free for visitors, so please leave your car at your accommodation, share rides, or arrange a drop-off. If you do need to park, use a car park in town — near Uenoshi Station, Haitopia Iga underground, the municipal Hakuhomon car park, or the Iga City Central Library.
席を離れるとき
多くの出展者の方は、布を上からかけて席を離れています。恐れ入りますが、自己責任でお願いいたします。
Most exhibitors drape a cloth over their table when they step away. Please do so at your own risk.
出展料には何が含まれますか？
出展料は、お申し込みいただいたブース／スペースの種類によって異なります。すべてのブースに、テーブル（またはローテーブル）・会場の基本設備（照明・電源）・公式広報物への掲載が含まれます。交通費・配送費は含まれません。
What does the participation fee include?
The fee depends on the booth or space you applied for. Every booth includes a table (or low table), basic venue facilities (lighting, power), and inclusion in official promotional materials. Travel and shipping costs are not included.
出展料の支払い方法は？海外からはどう払えますか？
国内の方は指定の銀行口座へお振込み、海外の方は Wise をご利用いただけます。振込先は出展確定後にご案内します。お支払い期限は8月1日です。
How do I pay the fee — including from abroad?
Exhibitors in Japan pay by bank transfer to a designated account; those overseas can pay via Wise. Payment details are provided after your participation is confirmed. The payment deadline is August 1.
領収書は発行してもらえますか？
はい。ご希望の名義で発行いたしますので、お申し付けください。
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. We can issue a receipt in the name you request — just let us know.
ブースには何人まで立てますか？
ブースに立つのは2名までとさせていただきます（テーブル席・個室とも）。会場内での交代や、観光・休憩のための出入りは自由です。
How many people can staff a booth?
Up to two people may staff a booth at a time (for both table spaces and private rooms). You are free to swap in and out, or step away to rest or explore.
椅子はありますか？会場の形式を教えてください。
会場は座卓（ローテーブル）スタイルで、床に座って販売していただく形式です。椅子のご用意はありません。
Are there chairs? What is the setup?
The venue uses a zataku (low-table) style, so you will be seated on the floor while selling. Chairs are not provided.
什器（テーブルなど）の貸し出しや追加はできますか？サイズは？
各ブースにローテーブルを1台お貸しします。サイズは幅180cm×奥行50〜60cm×高さ40〜50cm（天板は白または黒）です。個室の方には、このほかに箱型の什器（60×60・高さ60／45×45・高さ90／90×90・高さ36／90×60・高さ30）をお貸しできます。色とサイズに限りがあり、白のご用意がないサイズもあります。数にも限りがあるため、ご希望は早めにお知らせください。
Are fixtures provided? Can I add more? What size are the tables?
Each booth includes one low table of W180cm × D50–60cm × H40–50cm (white or black tabletop). For private rooms we can also lend box-shaped fixtures (60×60 / H60, 45×45 / H90, 90×90 / H36, 90×60 / H30). Colours and sizes are limited, and some sizes are not available in white. Quantities are limited, so please let us know your preferences early.
会場や個室の見取り図はありますか？

Is there a floor plan of the venue or the private rooms?
A floor plan of the whole venue (PDF) is on the exhibitor guide page (/exhibitor-guide): https://wazawaza-artbookfair.com/images/崇広堂平面図.pdf — We do not have individual plans for each private room; dimensions and photos are shared individually, so feel free to ask.
展示スペース（個室の位置など）はいつ決まりますか？下見はできますか？
お部屋・スペースの割り当ては、出展料のお支払い期限（8月1日）以降にご案内します。会場の下見をご希望の場合はご相談ください。なお、テーブルの配置や位置は、当日の混み具合や安全上の都合で、直前や当日に変更をお願いすることがあります。あらかじめご了承ください。
When are spaces assigned? Can I visit the venue beforehand?
Room and space assignments are shared after the payment deadline (August 1). If you would like to visit the venue in advance, please get in touch. Please also note that we may have to ask you to change the position or layout of your table shortly before or on the day itself, depending on crowding and safety.
荷物を事前に配送できますか？
はい、事前配送が可能です。配送先の住所・連絡先・受付可能日については、出展確定後にご案内いたします。発送されましたら、追跡番号と到着予定日をお知らせください。
Can I ship my materials in advance?
Yes, advance shipping is available. Shipping address, contact details, and accepted delivery dates will be provided after your participation is confirmed. For shipments from overseas we recommend Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato), which also carries luggage from the airport to the venue. Once you have sent your parcel, please tell us the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
海外から参加する出展者へのサポートはありますか？
空港からの荷物配送案内のほか、両替のサポートなど可能な範囲で対応いたします。ご不明な点はお気軽にお問い合わせください。
Is there support for exhibitors coming from abroad?
We can assist with shipping guidance from airports and currency exchange support where possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
会期中の駐車場はありますか？
会期中、無料の臨時駐車場が2か所あります。開場中（11:00–19:00）はどちらもお停めいただけます。係員はいませんので、案内表示に従って駐車してください。いっぱいのときは、伊賀市中央図書館や周辺の駐車場をご利用ください。台数に限りがあるため、公共交通機関のご利用もご検討ください。 ホテルなどに駐車場がある方はそちらをご利用いただき、来場者のために駐車場を開けておいていただけると助かります。
Is there parking during the fair?
Two free temporary parking areas are available during the fair, open throughout fair hours (11:00–19:00). They are not staffed, so please follow the signs. If they are full, please use the Iga City Central Library or another nearby car park. Spaces are limited; public transport is also recommended. If your hotel has parking, please use it and leave the spaces free for visitors.
近くに宿泊施設はありますか？
はい、近隣にいくつかの宿泊施設があります。ルートイン伊賀上野、ゲストハウス AINZ Iga、NIPPONIA、泊船 Hakusen（Sakakura Base）などがあります。
Are there accommodations nearby?
Yes, there are several options nearby, including Route Inn Iga Ueno, guest house AINZ Iga, NIPPONIA, and Hakusen (Sakakura Base).
会場に空調はありますか？雨の日の湿気が心配です。
こちらの施設は火を使わずに書物を守ることを前提とされていたので、昔は照明がありませんでした。採光が取れるように設計されたため、窓を開けて空調を調整しており、エアコンなどはございません。雨の日はどうしても湿気はあると思いますので、紙の状態などは考慮していただけたらと思います。表紙が丸まってくることがありますので、重しなどをお持ちいただくとよいかもしれません。
Is the venue air-conditioned? I am worried about humidity on rainy days.
This building was designed to protect books without the use of fire, so historically it had no lighting. It was built to take in natural light, and the climate is managed by opening the windows — there is no air conditioning. On rainy days there will inevitably be some humidity, so please take the condition of your paper into account. Covers can curl, so you may want to bring weights.
畳の状態はどうですか？
畳は古いものもあります。普段から展示をしていますので、どうしてもクズや擦り切れもございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
What condition are the tatami mats in?
Some of the tatami are old. The rooms are used for exhibitions year-round, so there is inevitably some fraying and loose straw. We ask for your understanding.
壁に作品を貼ったり、立てかけたりできますか？
会場は歴史的建造物のため、壁は土壁であり、壁面への展示（掲示・貼り付け・固定等）はできません。立てかけることもご遠慮いただいています。什器や、自立する什器・構造物をご利用ください。また、襖の銀箔は触れると剥がれるため、ご注意ください。
Can I attach or lean work against the walls?
The venue is a historic building with earthen (tsuchikabe) walls, so nothing may be posted, taped, or fixed to them. Please also refrain from leaning work against the walls. Use the fixtures provided, or free-standing structures of your own. Please also take care with the fusuma sliding doors: their silver leaf flakes off when touched.
持ち込みの什器や什器の脚について、気をつけることはありますか？
畳を傷めないよう、脚の接地部に当て板やフェルトなどをお願いできればと思います。建物に固定しないこと、会期後に原状復帰できることが条件です。自立する持ち込み什器も、この条件のもとでご利用いただけます。
Anything to keep in mind about fixtures I bring myself, or their legs?
Please put a pad or felt under the feet of anything you bring, so the tatami is not damaged. Nothing may be fixed to the building, and everything must be returned to its original state after the fair. Free-standing structures of your own are welcome under these conditions.
交流会（前夜祭）はいつですか？参加できますか？
2026年9月25日（金）夕方から、出展者・主催者の交流会（前夜祭）を予定しています。出展者はどなたもご参加いただけます（RSVP制・詳細は追ってご案内）。会場の都合上、大人数でのご参加は難しい場合がありますので、人数はご相談ください。
When is the welcome gathering? Can I join?
A welcome gathering for exhibitors and organizers is planned for the evening of Friday, September 25, 2026. All exhibitors are welcome (RSVP required; details to follow). As space is limited, please check with us about numbers.
