利用規約Terms and Conditions
1. 出展についてParticipation
出展は選考制です。出展料の支払いをもって参加が確定します。
Participation is selection-based. Payment of the participation fee confirms attendance.
2. 出展料Fees
出展料は5,000円（税込）です。出展料には、主催者が指定するテーブル、会場の基本設備（照明・電源）、および公式広報物への掲載が含まれます。交通費・配送費は含まれません。
The participation fee is ¥5,000 (tax included). This covers a designated table, basic venue facilities (lighting, power), and inclusion in official promotional materials. Travel and shipping costs are not included.
3. キャンセルについてCancellation
理由を問わず出展料の返金は行いません。ただし、主催者の判断によりイベントが中止となった場合は、この限りではありません。
The participation fee is non-refundable regardless of reason. However, if the event is cancelled by the organizer, a refund may be provided.
4. 出展内容Content
出展内容の責任は出展者に帰属します。差別的または攻撃的な内容は拒否される場合があります。
Exhibitors are responsible for their content. Discriminatory or hateful content may be refused.
5. 会場利用Venue Use
会場への損害が発生した場合、その費用は出展者の負担となります。盗難については主催者は責任を負いません。
Damage costs to the venue will be charged to the exhibitor. The organizer assumes no liability for theft.
6. 広報活動Promotion
提出された資料は、フェアの広報目的で使用される場合があります。
Submitted materials may be used for fair publicity purposes.
7. 行動規範Conduct
出展者は、スケジュールおよび会場規則を遵守してください。
Exhibitors must comply with schedules and venue rules.
8. 準拠法Governing Law
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は三重県を管轄とする裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
These terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Mie Prefecture shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
